June 28, 2002 - Innodata Enters Into Partner Alliance With Turn-Key Systems

 

NEW YORK, Jun 28, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- INNODATA CORPORATION (NASDAQ: INOD) announced a new partnership alliance with Turn-Key Systems of Australia, makers of TopLeaf, an XML-based looseleaf composition tool.

Under the terms of this alliance, Innodata's Systems and Training Division, ISOGEN International, will become a certified integrator of the TopLeaf XML Composer system for customers based in North America and Europe.

Shirley Keating, Managing Director of Turn-Key Systems, located in Sydney, Australia, stated, "We are pleased to be partnering with ISOGEN International and Innodata. We have great respect for their depth of knowledge and their experience with XML and complex publishing environments. We feel that ISOGEN will provide a strong backbone to support our growing North American customer base."
