December 4, 2000 - Innodata President and CEO Jack Abuhoff to be Featured On Nationally Televised Program

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2000--Innodata Corporation (Nasdaq:INOD), a leading provider of digital content outsourcing Sservices, announced today that company President and CEO Jack Abuhoff will be featured on BusinessNow, a nationally syndicated TV news magazine.

The Innodata segment will be broadcast in the New York metropolitan area on Channel 7, WABC-TV, on Sunday, December 10, 2000 at 11:00 AM. Viewing times in other locations may vary, and the program advises interested viewers to consult their local viewing guides.

The BusinessNow story will describe Innodata's approach to XML content creation, highlighting its new XML Content Factory(TM).
