
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2000--Innodata Corporation (Nasdaq:INOD), a leading provider of digital content outsourcing services, today announced the addition of Abraham Biderman to its Board of Directors. Biderman, a CPA, is Executive Vice President of Lipper & Company, a diversified financial services and money management firm. He is also Managing Director of the Lipper Funds, Inc., a mutual fund family comprised of three publicly traded mutual funds, and of the Lipper Prime Asset Management/Lipper Leumi Asset Management, a provider of asset management services to foreign investors.
Prior to joining Lipper & Company in 1990, Biderman served as special advisor to the Deputy Mayor and then to the Mayor of New York City during the Koch administration. Biderman has held various other positions with the City of New York including Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Preservation and Development; Commissioner of the Department of Finance; and Chairman of the Employee Retirement System.
