Streamlined DocumentationTo streamline its customer-facing documentation, for both internal and external audiences, a major aviation and aerospace company decided to overhaul its entire content management and authoring systems. Before choosing a vendor, they asked us to help them test the tools on their systems and then customize authoring tools and stylesheets to ease the transition. We’re continuing to work on other phases of the project as the aerospace manufacturer rolls out the new system for other departments.
