What is our vision for growing the company?

Knowledge process outsourcing is an emerging market, with huge growth potential and attractive business dynamics. We were a pioneer in this space and we’ve already established our reputation and leadership in KPO. We perform a range of KPO activities, all focused on helping our clients lower the cost of producing information and content. Today, we have approximately 1,500 full-time personnel providing KPO services.

Going forward, we will distinguish ourselves in how we use our global network and technology to accomplish our clients’ goals. We will also distinguish ourselves by becoming integrally involved in helping our clients develop products - working with them at all stages, from product inception through product maturity and ongoing maintenance and enhancement.

Our clients are primarily information-intensive organizations that use, sell or publish content. This includes the world’s leading commercial and education publishers, blue-chip commercial enterprises, government agencies with advanced intelligence programs, and aerospace and defense companies.
